MANGROVEGALLERY associate artist, Liang Quan’s solo exhibition Green was officially opened at Pingshan Art Museum (PAM) on 14th May. As the finale of Pingshan Art Museum’s Shenzhen Contemporary Artists Series – the eighth in the series – Green presents 22 of Liang Quan’s most representative paintings, including his most recent Green series, and a selection of his works from the 1980s and 1990s. The exhibition reflects the artist’s works from different periods and presents the consistent theme of Liang Quan’s creations: immersing himself in the river of cultural history or personal memories, from which he feels the joy of life, cherishes personal friendships and expresses long-lasting goodwill.
